I was just called by Cuan Watkins. He made an attempt at the Traverse some years ago along with Charl Brummer and a few others. They also intended to put it on as a fully-organised event but gave up due to a variety of reasons. He is currently looking into creating a 'Berg trail run in conjuction with the Giant's MTB Challenge - I think its a great idea. He is planning a sortie/training run in the Giant's are for the 26th...to run up Bannerman's and down Langa's...if anyone is keen?
