Running the Dragons Back higher and longer

Bummer. Last week I took a serious pitch from my MTB & like an idiot extended my left hand to stop the fall. The result is a type II acromioclavicular separation. In English, I have rather painfully separated my collarbone from my shoulder. The result is about 6 weeks of rest & physio, hardly conducive for training for the Traverse. So, I'm out for November. I'll probably look at giving it a go in February. Good luck for everyone in November, I will be available for logistics and support.
